Ardley has been acquired by PLACE, marking a significant milestone for the mortgage technology company and its mission to help lenders strengthen customer relationships.
Founded by Nathan Den Herder, Ardley developed a portfolio intelligence and retention platform that helps independent mortgage companies and banks identify new lending opportunities within their existing customer base. By analyzing loan portfolios and delivering personalized, prestructured loan offers, Ardley enables lenders to turn existing relationships into new originations while improving borrower retention.
The acquisition brings Ardley’s technology into PLACE’s growing mortgage and real estate ecosystem, connecting portfolio intelligence with loan origination, servicing, and real estate transactions. Building on Ardley’s existing integration with Maxwell, another recent PLACE acquisition, the partnership creates new opportunities to support lenders throughout the borrower lifecycle.
As part of PLACE, Ardley will continue operating as a subsidiary, retaining its leadership team and commitment to serving lenders as an independent technology platform while expanding its reach through PLACE’s national network.
Congratulations to founder and CEO Nathan Den Herder and the teams at Ardley and PLACE on this milestone acquisition and the opportunities ahead.
