By giving providers real-time visibility into adherence and empowering patients to manage their medications more effectively, PatchRx has closed critical gaps in care for thousands across the U.S.
Joining Custom Health marks the next chapter in this mission, embedding PatchRx’s innovative technology into a broader connected care platform that serves patients, providers, and payors at scale.
